The Western Care Association in Mayo is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The organisation was founded to support people with intellectual disabilities to live full lives as equal citizens. Nationwide reporter, Teresa Mannion has been visiting centres in Ballinrobe and Ballina to see their work.
